On 28th March, 2025, the Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, Former Prime Minister and Kenya’s Special Envoy to the Republic of South Sudan visited Juba, South Sudan. During the visit, the Special Envoy engaged with H.E. Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan on de-escalation of tension in South Sudan.
