Issuance of the Kenyan Passport
Requirements
● E-citizen pre-filled application forms
● Payment invoices (Government Copy & Customer Copy)
● Original & Copy of Birth Certificate
● Orginal & Copy of National ID
● One coloured passport-size photograph
● Copy of old passport (if available)
● ID copy of the recommender
● Photocopies of parent’s national ID (if available) or copy of the Death Certificates (if deceased)

34 Pages Ordinary “A” Series – Kshs.4,550
50 pages Ordinary “B” Series – Kshs.6,050
66 Pages Ordinary “C” Series – Kshs.7,550
Diplomatic passport – Kshs.7,550

Approximately 15 working days
How to Apply
- All passport applications should be made via www.ecitizen.go.ke
- Print out the form, date the form, add any documents and photographs that are needed
- Submit your application form in person at the Immigration offices (Nyayo House Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Embu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisii) for biometric registration
NOTE
● Manual Applications will not be accepted.
● New Applications can only be lodged in Kenya
