On 16th October 2023, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, E.G.H., the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs and Special Envoy of H.E President of the Republic of Kenya on East African Monetary Institute (EAMI) visited Juba, South Sudan while delivering a special message from H.E. the President of the Republic of Kenya to H.E. the President of the Republic of South Sudan.
