H.E. President William Samoei Ruto had an official visit to Juba, South Sudan on 6th November, 2024 at the invitation of H.E. President Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan. The two held high-level discussions including bilateral cooperation, critical infrastructure projects between the two nations and peace efforts.
The two Principals agreed on the way forward on the Tumaini Initiative peace process, the Nadapal-Nakodok Road Project and holding of the second session of the Joint Commission for Cooperation (JCC) in Juba, South Sudan
