The Ambassadors underscored the cordial historical bilateral relations and cooperation existing between Kenya and Zimbabwe. They underscored the need for the two embassies to work together for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
They also discussed the South Sudan Peace Process and need for support to the implementation of the Revitalised Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS).
They took note of both countries’ membership to regional blocs; the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and Tripartite Free Trade Area (EAC, SADC and COMESA), in enhancing regional integration.
