COURTESY CALL BY THE DEPUTY SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL (DSRSG) OF THE UNITED NATIONS MISSION IN SOUTH SUDAN (UNMISS)

The Ambassador and the DSRSG shared on the progress made on the implementations of the Revitalised Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (R-ARCSS) as well as the Tumaini Initiative.

They both deliberated on the need for the region and the international community to support South Sudan during the two years’ extension of the Transitional Period.
