On 8th August,2024, Amb. Isam Mohamed H. Karar, Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Sudan to the Republic of South Sudan paid a courtesy call on Amb. Jeremy N. Ndola. Amb. Ndola welcomed Amb. Isam and the two appreciated the historical ties between the two countries and discussed the need for peace and stability in the two countries.
Amb. Ndola and Amb. Isam apprised on the progress made on the implementation of the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in South Sudan (R-ARCSS) and the Tumaini Initiative peace talks for South Sudan in Nairobi.
The two also agreed to work together in order to strengthen the diplomatic ties between their two nations and for interests of both countries.
